These errors in the logs are related to the classification engine library which the Collectord process wasn't able to access at that time, but it does not affect the performance of the device, or application classification on Exinda. You can ignore this error message in the logs as it does not indicate any issues on the device.

The latest Exinda Firmware Version 7.5.0 includes a fix so this error message does not appear in the logs. You can upgrade to the latest version by following the instructions listed here.
