Overview
Frequently, when you log into the Exinda, you are not able to see any graphs on the dashboard. Looking into the logs, you see that the monitord/ monitor process has crashed after login.
Solution
The Monitord process intermittently crashing when trying to log in to Exinda devices is a known issue, which has been fixed in the latest Exinda firmware version 7.5.0.
