You recently completed an RMA and changed equipment. You need to transfer a license from an old device to a new one. You put in the license key but are seeing a 'tied to hex host ID failure.' The screenshot is similar to what you are seeing on the Web UI.
Contact Exinda support for a license update and to check for possible host ID mismatch. Please provide the agent with a host ID that can be found under Dashboard > System
Check to see if the license is both valid and active under the Licenses tab in System > Setup
