While booting up, your Exinda device does not go past the initial boot sequence, and stops at this "System initializing" screen, with code 42 displayed:
Please try to perform a hard reset on the Exinda by shutting down the device, disconnecting power cables for at least 15 minutes, and then power on to check again.
If the device boots up after the hard reset, log in and generate a diagnostic file and a PDF report for the date range that encompasses the issue (e.g. Last 24 hours), and send to Exinda Support for investigation and analysis.
If Exinda does not boot up even after the hard reset, it indicates a hardware fault which requires replacement. Please contact Exinda Support with the following details for initiate the RMA process:
- If you are outside the USA, please fill out the End-User-Certificate (EUC)
- Your shipping address
- Your contact (email and phone number)
- The Company you would like to use to ship the hardware
- Exinda appliance Host ID and serial number
