Overview
You are curious what kind of information is sent in the email notifications from Exinda, specifically for verbose, info, and failure emails.
Information
- Verbose Emails —Send detailed event emails to the user. The information included is based on the type of alerts generated and will include items such as Process List, CPU core utilization list, Memory paging details, packet drops, etc. Depending on the type of issue, appropriate information will be included. Refer to the Alerts section for which alerts are generated and email notifications are sent.
- Info Emails—Send informational emails to the user. For issues that triggered an Alert, this option will just include the alert name and error but not detailed info as the Verbose option
- Failure Emails—Send failure emails to the recipient. This refers to any failure on the device like Hardware components, hard disk, bridge-related link failures, etc.
Below is a sample of a Verbose email for a high CPU issue.
