Your Virtual Exinda 8062 reboots unexpectedly after migrating customers. The logs indicate a number of Kernel messages related to the 'TCPAD' process. The Optimizer has policies with Acceleration enabled but you are not doing any WAN acceleration.
- Disable Acceleration on the policies by unchecking the Acceleration box.
- Stop TCP Acceleration service by navigating to System > Optimization > Services
- Restart the Optimizer by navigating to the top bar, find the Optimizer tab, click on the Down arrow, click on it and select Restart
Monitor to see if the appliance reboots unexpectedly. Exinda works as expected.
