You may find that your Exinda is displaying wrong system time after unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in.
This article provides information about the steps required to fix this issue.
Wrong system time could be happening because the NTP Time Synchronization is disabled. Please take the following steps to correct the issue:
- Configure an NTP server so that the device automatically tries to sync time with it.
- Upgrade firmware to the latest version (currently 7.5.0).
Also, please ensure that the power supply connected to the Exinda provides the correct voltage as required by your Exinda device (refer to the appliance's Data Sheet).
If the issue still persists after taking the above-mentioned steps, please contact Exinda Support, along with a copy of the sysdump file.
