Your Exinda device is experiencing problems with its LAN and WAN interfaces. They do not turn on their respective ports and the web interface is inaccessible. Looking at the device itself, the LED lights indicate the HDD is alarmed and there is no link on the WAN and LAN ports.
Contact a support agent to go through RMA, and submit the following information:
- If you are outside the USA, please fill out the End-User-Certificate (EUC)
- Your shipping address
- Your contact (email and phone number)
- The Company you would like to use to ship the hardware
- Exinda appliance Host ID and serial number

The replacement Exinda appliance is functioning as intended and there are no further WAN and LAN interface issues.
