Note: This is only for GITN Customers
If in the GITN SDP list, you see a Host ID linked to a Serial Number that does not match the Hardware Serial Number, it may indicate a duplicate Host ID or a case where the Host ID is still linked to a box that has undergone a GITN RMA.
Please contact the Exinda Support team, and provide the Host IDs and the Serial Numbers (which the Host IDs are linked to in the SDP List). The Support Agent will investigate and resolve the issue.

You will need to check the EBP (Exinda Licensing Portal) to check and verify the Host ID to Serial number relationships. Based on your findings you will need to update the GITN SDP system which is an on-premise SDP system. Please refer to the How to update GITN SDP Serial Numbers article for details on how to update the Serial Number associated with a Host ID in the GITN SDP system.
Once the required updates are made in the GITN SDP system, the Host ID in the GITN SDP list will display a Serial Number that matches the Serial Number on the hardware.
