This article provides information on what to do to transfer/swap a license to a replacement Exinda appliance/box. An example is replacing a 10/2Mbps box with a 6/2Mbps box due to a power or hard disk failure.
Prerequisites: The original box and replacement box serial numbers and host ids are known.
- Contact Exinda Network Orchestrator Support Team about transferring/swapping a license, provide all the relevant information - the original box and replacement box serial numbers/host ids.
- Support will send a PDF file with the updated license key for the replacement Exinda box
- Follow these instructions to input the new license.
