When reviewing Exinda's System Diagnostics information, a high count of Asymmetric Route Detection alert is being shown.
As a side issue, access to some HTTP pages from the specific network is being blocked with a Connection timed out error.
This article provides details on the possible root cause and resolution for such problems.
Note: Exinda deployment is two units in Master/Standby modes.
The website might be not loading as it is falling under a policy called Access General (All) that has Edge Cache (EC) enabled. The policy has X network objects and has 'ALL' in the application column.
It is recommended that EC should only be added to a policy with 'web' application group and 'HTTP' and 'HTTPS' applications but not for ALL.
To resolve the website access issue, disable Acceleration > Edge Cache for that Catch-all policy.
For more information about EC, please refer to Edge Cache How to Guide below.
