While having Nomadix Alloc8 devices, the appliance may become faulty and needs to be replaced.
This article provides details about the Exinda support services provided to the customers who purchased Nomadix devices.
It might happen a different device (i.e. AG2400) is being sent from Nomadix Support as replacement hardware. They have announced the Alloc8 XG8000 devices as EOL and replaced them with their Gateway Appliance as Exinda no longer has an agreement with the company.
If you are interested in an Exinda / Alloc8 replacement, please contact Sales for a new contract. It would be separate from the one you currently have with Nomadix.
As for old Nomadix Alloc8 devices, Exinda software support services are only provided if you have a valid license.
