When the SDP appliances cannot see the SNs of the Exinda installations they own, the Exinda Support team should be contacted. SDP will show only host IDs as Serial Numbers are owned by Exinda and SNs are not automatically migrated from EBS to the SDP appliance.
Please provide the Host IDs of Exinda appliances.
Then EBS team has to run a script in our EBS backend to transfer the SN, so the end user's SDP is able to see it.
This script is run at a developer level and the EBS team is authorized to run it.
