Adding MS teams and Zoom to Unified Communications application group

Overview

If there is a need to add Microsoft Teams and Zoom apps to the Unified Communications group in Applications settings, the specific configuration change should be done.

This article provides information on how to modify Application Groups to include MS teams and Zoom.

Solution

  1. In Exinda Web UI, navigate to Configuration > Objects > Applications > Application Groups tab.
  2. Locate Unified Communications group > click Edit.

  3. Add Zoom and Microsoft Teams from the drop-down list. Click Apply Changes.

  4. Save the configuration and restart the optimizer.
