There device is not able to mount one of the partitions under Configuration-->System-->Setup-->Storage tabOverview
This is specific for the partitions that are under Configuration-->System-->Setup-->Storage tabCIFS

So one of the above is not mounting due to a failed filesytem check.
Cause
The error that you will see in the logs is:EXT4-fs (dm-5): VFS: Can't find ext4 filesystem
This is probably due to a broken ext4 superblock
Resolution
Open an Exinda support case for assistance with this problem.Internal Notes
This requires a shell license:Example: CIFS partition is the one giving an error
1. Go to the shell
2. Check if the partition is mounted:
command: mount
3. command: mount -t ext4 /dev/vg-storage/lv-cifs /var/data/cifs
4. If it's unable to mount, use the command below to check device.
command: lsblk
5. To make the file system:
command: mkfs.ext4 /dev/vg-storage/lv-cifs
6. Mount the partition
command: mount -t ext4 /dev/vg-storage/lv-cifs /var/data/cifs
Wait for 5 minutes and then check on the storage.
