When a device or license is purchased or renewed, a license certificate should be sent in the form of a PDF file, this will include Serial Number, Host ID, Product type, License Key, Support Expiration Date, Company/contact information.
If the license's end date is shown as failed, the optimization might be not working.
In such cases, License certificates can be generated for Exinda appliances from the backend by the Support team.
If the file is lost/deleted or needed for any other reason, submit a request to the Exinda Support team to send the PDF. Please provide the serial number or host ID in the request to help speed up the process.
You can view both SN and host ID from
Dashboard > System tab.
Host ID can be also viewed from
Configuration > Setup > License tab.
After Support Team provides the PDF file, copy the license key and enter it in the
Configuration > System > Setup > License tab. Click Add Licenses.
