This article provides an explanation of why Web UI is inaccessible after changing the system time in ExOS version 7.
When the system time is changed in firmware version 7.0 or higher, the web UI becomes inaccessible. This should only last for a few minutes, and then the web UI will be accessible once again.
This happens because when you change the time, a number of processes have to be restarted to ensure that data collection is now being recorded using the new system time. The JBoss process which runs the web UI takes several minutes to fully restart.
If the web UI cannot be accessed for an extended period of time (even after 10+ minutes), please open a support case for further assistance.
