OverviewUnder System > Setup > License, you do not see any active licenses for your Exinda devices. The Dashboard of the device also indicates "No SS"
Cause1. License has expired on the unit
2. The unit is yet to be licensed
3. The unit has been purchased as a fast box
Resolution1. Click on "check for latest license" on the System > Setup > License page and see if there a license associated with the unit in our system. If the device has internet connectivity it should be able to talk to our databases and grab the latest license tied to it.
2. If the license is yet to be purchased, then please contact your Exinda Sales rep
3. If it is a fast box - it will not be licensed. Fast boxes are meant for test environments and as a spare units. We license them temporarily based on your request and requirement for the demos and tests.
Please reach out to your local sales rep or open a case with Exinda Tac with the details of the temporary license you require and we will proceed accordingly.
To get a permanent license on a fast box, you would have to submit a purchase order with the sales to buy one.
