Overview
Squid crash happens frequently which then crashes appliance & network. This article describes the process to follow in order to resolve this.
Root Cause
Sometimes, Squid service causes consecutive reboots (crashes). Also, you may see the file sysdumps being created constantly until Exinda runs out of space.
Resolution
Upgrade to Firmware 7.4.7 or above for the Squid process upgrade fix.
