The EOLS-8512-02 needs to use the LC connector which supports Multimode.
The FTLF1318P2BCL needs to use the LC connector which supports Single Mode.
These are both 1.25 mm Ferrule Connectors and they are Duplex, so you will have to flip them.
The key fact is that you use an LC cable that is 1.25 mm Ferrule and you use SFPs that support it.
