If a username for logging into the Exinda web UI is made of all numbers and contains no letters at all, then the login fails. This user will be able to log into the command line without issue. This article provides a fix for this issue.
This issue is caused by a known software defect.
- Currently, the only known fix for this issue is to modify the username to have a letter in it or to create a new local account for the user to login with.
- This defect is currently being looked into by the engineering team and should be fixed in a future release.
